A Locke Lord team led by Sean Page (London) represented Close Brothers Asset Management in relation to its acquisition of IFA PMN Financial Management, a wealth management and financial planning firm based in Surrey, England. As part of its growth strategy, the acquisition helps Close Brothers Asset Management to extend its regional footprint along the Surrey and Hampshire border.
