Houston Team Represents Ben Guill in Sale of Majority Interest in Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo and Eric Larson (both of Houston) represented Ben Guill, managing partner of White Deer Energy LP, in the sale of and partial rollover of his minority interest in Major League Soccer franchise Houston Dynamo FC and National Women's Soccer League franchise Houston Dash to Electric Orange, LLC, led by real estate investor Ted Segal. The deal closed on June 22, 2021.
