Locke Lord Partner Mark Miller (Houston) represented Westside Lexus in connection with substantially all real estate acquisition, project development, platting, leasing and construction contract matters in connection with the expansion and redevelopment of the Westside Lexus dealership facility located on the Katy Freeway in Houston, Texas. The redeveloped facility includes a multistory Lexus dealership with more than 63,000 square feet of showroom, sales and administrative offices. The project was awarded the 2020 Landmark Award for Retail from the Houston Business Journal.
