Houston Team Represents Symrise AG in Investment and Creation of Strategic Partnership With Califormulations

A Locke Lord team of Joe Perillo and Jennie Simmons (both of Houston) represented Symrise AG in the investment in and creation of a strategic partnership with Califormulations, LLC, a unique platform designed to deliver end-to-end beverage innovation to consumer packaged goods companies and their brands. The investment, announced May 8, 2019, creates a new platform that combines beverage expertise and innovation capabilities with the ability to quickly develop shelf-ready, scalable products.
