London Team Represents Regis Corporation in Sale to New Operators

David Grant and Marc Abrahams (both of London) led a Locke Lord team representing Minneapolis-based Regis Corporation, the largest hair salon chain in the world and owner of brands such as Supercuts, MasterCuts and Regis Salons, in selling the business to new operators, thereby preserving the brands in the UK and saving approximately 1,000 jobs. The team initially acted for Regis Corporation as a secured creditor of its UK-franchised operations in placing the UK entities in administration and working with Deloitte as administrators.
