Locke Lord Represents OneEnergy Partners in Sale of Assets to Franklin Mountain Energy

A Locke Lord team led by Terry Radney (Houston) represented OneEnergy Partners, LLC (OEP), a portfolio company of Carnelian Energy Capital, in the sale of assets to Franklin Mountain Energy, LLC. The assets total approximately 4,280 net acres in Lea and Eddy Counties and were sold for an undisclosed value with the sale closing on Oct. 30. Additional assistance was provided by Jeff McPhaul (Houston).
