Locke Lord Represents Global Insurance and Reinsurance Company in Acquisition of Specialist Marine Insurance Agency

A Locke Lord team led by Christopher Martin (Houston) represented a global insurance and reinsurance company in its acquisition of a specialist marine insurance agency. The deal was announced on Nov. 1, 2016. This addition will support the continued expansion of the company’s marine business by opening access to the Puerto Rican and Caribbean markets. Additional Locke Lord team members included Andrew Betaque (Dallas).
