Locke Lord Represents King Ranch in Sale of Young Pecan and KR Southwest Nut Assets to NP Young

A Locke Lord team represented King Ranch, Inc. in the sale of the assets of Young Pecan, Inc. and KR Southwest Nut, Inc. to NP Young, LLC, a subsidiary of National Pecan Company. King Ranch, Inc., owner of the historic King Ranch in Kingsville, TX, also operates as a private, diversified agribusiness company. Also included in the Young Pecan transaction was King Ranch’s equity interests of Productos Comestibles Procesados, S.de R.L. de C.V. Financial terms of the matter are undisclosed. Additional Locke Lord team members included Ben Cowan, Eric Larson and Ed Razim.
