Locke Lord Provides Counsel to Dos Rios Partners in Completed Investment in Houston-Based ikan International

A Locke Lord team provided counsel to Dos Rios, a Texas-based private equity partnership, in the recently completed investment in Houston-based ikan International, LLC, a designer, marketer and distributor of video and film production equipment and camera accessories. Dos Rios will acquire equity in ikan and assets from MicroSearch, Inc., a specialty video production retailer owned by ikan. Financial terms of the investment are undisclosed. The Locke Lord team included Eric Larson, Ed Razim and DeLaina Mulcahy.
