Locke Lord Counsels Beijing Bio-energy Technology Co. in Acquisition of Biodiesel Plant in Houston
A Locke Lord deal team led by Greg Burch with Jerry Higdon advised Beijing Cenway Bio-energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the acquisition of a biodiesel plant facility in Houston. Beijing Cenway has developed a new technology using genetically engineered bacteria to process used cooking oil into uniform stock feed. This deal closed on December 31, 2015.
