Multidisciplinary Team Represents Cigna Corporation in Acquisition of New Jersey-Based QualCare Alliance Network

A multidisciplinary team of Locke Lord lawyers represented Cigna Corporation in its acquisition of New Jersey-based QualCare Alliance Networks, Inc.  Qualcare, formerly owned by New Jersey hospitals, furnishes benefit administration and provider networks for employer-sponsored health care coverage.  The transaction was reported in Bloomberg Business, but terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
