World Trade Center Arbitration
Edwards Wildman Reinsurance and Litigation lawyers represented a Japan-based insurance company in a dispute over the number of events under aviation excess of loss reinsurance contracts. In 2012, the arbitration panel agreed with our client’s contention—one event-- and the US District Court for the Southern District of New York confirmed the finding.
