Take Private Transaction for Battery Ventures
In 2012, our private equity team completed the take-private of Jeeves Information Systems, a Swedish-headquartered, global software company which was listed on the Swedish stock exchange, on behalf of Battery Ventures, a Boston-based venture capital firm. Yahoo reported the deal.
