Northern States Metals Solar Energy Acquisition

In December of 2012, our lawyers represented Northern States Metals in the asset purchase of most solar assets of the Solar Tracker business of OPEL Technologies, Inc. The solar assets include a solar tracker which offers control and monitoring systems for solar fields.  Northern States Metals is a full service aluminum extrusion and extruded products company with locations in West Hartford, Connecticut and Youngstown, Ohio.
