We represented Ohio Medical Corporation,which provides technology and products to the medical industry, in the November 2011 refinancing of a large credit facility. Legal work involved negotiating and documenting a senior credit facility with JP Morgan Chase, a subordinate credit facility with Chase Capital Corporation and a Series B Preferred equity issuance with various investors.
