First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Bucks County

Locke Lord represented First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Bucks County, a federally-chartered mutual savings and loan association, in its combination with First Savings Bank of Perkasie, a Pennsylvania-chartered stock savings bank. The new bank will remain an independent, mutual financial organization with combined assets of $1.8 billion. It will be the third largest mutual bank in Pennsylvania and one of the top 20 mutual banks in asset size in the United States.

The deal is expected to close in the second quarter 2015. The Locke Lord team included Doug Faucette.
