Nicole's experience includes assisting with the representation of:
- Lenders in connection with acquisition and construction financing of commercial properties, including multifamily development, office buildings and mixed-use projects
- Lenders in refinancing of commercial projects, such as shopping centers, self-storage facilities and industrial properties
- A publicly traded company in connection with the acquisition of developed and undeveloped land located in a regional shopping center
