    • Formation and syndication of doctor-owned and managed surgical hospital and representation in financings, capital raising, negotiation of proposed sale and leaseback transaction to a public REIT, and all other corporate and health care regulatory matters.

    • General counsel representation of one of the nation's largest Federally Qualified Health Centers.
    • Representing non-profit acquirer in the segregation and transition of FQHC clinic operations from FQHC's predecessor organization.
    • Developing physician-owned ambulatory surgical center (ASC) and prepare and negotiate ASC management agreements.
    • Representing physician group in the acquisition of physical therapy practices and other ancillary services.
