Kinga Wright


Kinga Wright concentrates her practice on consumer finance law. She has experience prosecuting and defending actions involving consumer mortgage loans comprising claims for unfair or deceptive business practices, violation of state consumer protection statutes, breach of contract, fraud and violation of TILA, RESPA, FCRA and FDCPA. She has also facilitated compliance with regulations and statutes affecting lenders and loan servicers. Fluent in Polish, she also provides legal advice regarding a variety of bank services. Prior to going into private practice, Kinga was a law clerk for Hon. Margaret Brennan of the Cook County Circuit Court, Chancery Division in Chicago.
