    Lorianne Williams is Counsel in the West Palm Beach office of Locke Lord LLP in the Financial Services Litigation group.  Prior to joining the Firm, Lorianne was an Assistant General Counsel at a large U.S. financial institution where she managed nationwide mortgage litigation with claims alleging violations of the Real Estate Settlement Practices Act (RESPA), Truth-In-Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). In her prior in-house role, she also provided strategic legal and compliance support on matters relating to servicing transfers, and disposition of real estate owned inventory, mortgage fraud, bankruptcy claims, credit reporting during and post-bankruptcy, and lender placed insurance claims.

    In addition, Lorianne is an experienced private practice litigator in matters involving complex commercial disputes, complex fraud, employment litigation, and class action securities litigation.
