Clint Williams is an associate litigator in the Dallas office of Locke Lord LLP. Clint represents a broad range of clients in a variety of complex commercial matters in state and federal court, including contract disputes, products liability matters, fair housing, and fraud. He has been the primary draftsman of state court petitions, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions opposing class certification, and other dispositive and discovery-related motions in individual and putative class actions. He also has experience conducting complex legal research and e-discovery.
While in law school, Clint was a judicial intern for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also worked as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia where he successfully prosecuted misdemeanor crimes and negotiated plea bargains.
