  • A utility services provider in the company’s acquisition by a middle market private equity firm
  • A private equity firm in the sale of an operator of gathering and processing assets for $300 million
  • A private equity fund in a $250 million equity investment in an acquisition and development company focused on the exploration, growth and production of oil and natural gas assets
  • A leading independent liquid bulk storage and logistics solutions provider in the company’s sale from affiliates of a private equity firm for $171.5 million
