Ashley’s experience includes assisting in the representation of:

  • A health care company in its asset acquisition of a diagnostics center and formation of its practice management company
  • A health care company in its joint venture buyout transaction
  • Multiple private equity-backed funds in add-on acquisitions throughout the U.S. of dermatological and cosmetic practices, urgent care facilities and child psychology and behavioral health facilities
  • A Tennessee-based risk management and insurance company in a sell-side transaction of its assets to Hub International
  • Buyers in M&A transactions, including clients that carry out a series of acquisitions to consolidate or roll-up an industry, such as a Fortune 500 subsidiary of an investment firm in the commercial building services industry
  • Comstock Resources, Inc., in underwritten public offerings of debt and equity securities in an aggregate value of approximately $0.9 billion
  • ESOP-owned companies in their transition from ESOP ownership
