Darren advises conglomerates, private and listed companies, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on cross-border private and public M&A, joint ventures, re-organisations and other corporate transactions and general advisory work across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Locke Lord, Darren has worked in other international law firms in London and Hong Kong.
