Paul Sudentas is a member of the Locke Lord Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group, resident in the firm’s New York office. Paul is also a member of the Group’s CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018) Initiative, advising clients in various industries on the preparation for and implementation of measures to meet the CCPA requirements. Paul is also working to develop programs, policies, notices, and disclosures for compliance with the recent New York privacy law—Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security (SHIELD) Act, and the Cybersecurity Regulation of the New York Department of Financial Services.
In addition, Paul has extensive experience in intellectual property matters representing pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex, high-stakes patent litigations and patent portfolio due diligence.
