Andrew Shindler is a Partner in the London office of Locke Lord LLP. Andrew is a key member of the firm’s Pharmaceutical & Biotech, Privacy & Cybersecurity, Intellectual Property, International Licensing & Technology and Cards & Payments groups.
Andrew has a broad range of experience working in commercial, technology, intellectual property and data protection law within all major sectors, with a particular focus on the life sciences, IT, digital commerce, data, payments, consumer and leisure, and hospitality sectors.
Andrew has some 30 years’ experience in these areas and frequently represents clients on their outsourcing, procurement, research and development, licensing, distribution, merchandising, supply, services, manufacturing, agency and data protection arrangements. Andrew also advises on intellectual property, IT, licensing, contract and data privacy issues associated with M&A and other corporate transactions, such as joint ventures, investments and flotations.
Andrew’s practice focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts, ranging from high value, sophisticated technology agreements to consumer-friendly website terms and conditions. His work covers subject-matter ranging from ophthalmology to cybersecurity. Andrew also advises on all areas of law relevant to the above.
