Andrew’s practice focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts, ranging from high-value, bespoke agreements to consumer-friendly website terms. His work covers subject matter ranging from ophthalmology to cybersecurity.
He has worked on some of the leading commercial transactions in the City in recent years across a variety of sectors, including life sciences, payments, music, nuclear energy, sport and outsourcing.
