Lou Rosen has more than 50 years of experience counseling clients on all aspects of commercial, corporate and securities law. Lou's clients range from owner-managed businesses to publicly held companies in a number of industries, including manufacturing, banking, telecommunications, distribution, construction and warehousing. Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements, public securities offerings and business law, he advises boards of directors and business people on governance issues and the day-to-day problems they face.
Lou has served as a director of two banks and a publicly held company and has written and spoken on a wide range of topics, including sales of closely held businesses; defensive measures in takeover contests; and developments in SEC proxy rules.
