Haley Owen handles a variety of commercial litigation matters at all stages of litigation from pre-trial to appeal. Her litigation experience includes drafting pleadings, motions, responses, and written discovery for Texas and federal courts. Additionally, she has conducted research and drafting for dispositive motions and appellate briefs in contract, tort, and regulatory matters.
