Hannah Oswald focuses her practice on complex litigation and arbitration, including matters involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, loss-sensitive insurance programs and insurance insolvency litigation. Her experience includes extensive research, drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, brief writing and discovery management.
While in law school, Hannah interned at Notre Dame's Economic Justice Clinic where she drafted pleadings and advocated for clients at hearings related to housing and consumer law matters. She was President of Notre Dame's Moot Court Board and competed at several tournaments. She received first place at the 2018 John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition and received the Best Oralist Award at the 2019 William & Mary Spong Tournament.
