Mario is particularly skilled at cross-border matters with Latin American countries and cases involving complex electronic discovery. His work includes arguing in federal and state court, defending depositions, conducting witness interviews, negotiating with the government, drafting complex court filings, and managing discovery in matters that have involved over two million documents.
