He has handled complex contract disputes, commercial disputes and contested litigation. Throughout his career, Brian has gained measured experience in issues impacting the industry, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Federal Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), sovereign immunity and other jurisdictional issues specific to Illinois.
