Aileen McTiernan concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts across multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive experience advising clients across multiple practice areas, including product liability, toxic and mass tort litigation, and consumer fraud class actions. She has served as national coordinating counsel in nationwide product liability and toxic tort litigation, and has extensive experience managing large scale litigation, including the formulation and implementation of national defense strategy, and coordination and oversight of jurisdictional counsel.
In addition to her legal experience, Aileen is a graduate nurse with a diverse background in science and health care. Prior to attending law school she worked in risk management for a global biopharmaceutical company, and she completed undergraduate studies in Chemistry and Nursing. She also completed her Master’s degree, with a focus on evidence-based principles in social science.
Aileen provides pro bono services to KIND (Kids in Need of Defense) in the representation of unaccompanied immigrant children.
