John McKnight focuses on corporate transactions, including public offerings, venture capital/private equity financings, acquisitions, sales and restructurings. John has extensive experience in the representation of publicly-held companies, as well as counseling boards of directors and their various committees. He also represents clients in a broad range of international commercial transactions that include acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, franchising and distribution arrangements. John advises clients in a number of industries, including health care, technology, energy, financial services, and hospitality.
