Kitty Marsh is a consultant in the London office of Locke Lord LLP where she advises clients across a number of sectors on the full range of their employment issues.
Kitty worked for many years in the employment team at Simmons & Simmons. She then took an extended career break (to raise five children), returning to practice in 2018. Her previous work has included advising on a multi-million pound race discrimination claim against a Japanese bank, defending a substantial High Court breach of contract claim (which was successfully struck out), disability discrimination claims, individual and collective redundancies, multiple corporate transactions and TUPE matters. Recent matters include work on the High Court covenant proceedings in the reported case of Argus Media v Halim, defending a wrongful dismissal claim, advising on TUPE, sick pay/disability discrimination, contractual employment documentation and health & safety.
