Ricardo Lopez’s practice focuses on representing employers in employment and workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel. He has experience defending employers in employment litigation, including:
- Actions involving harassment
- Wrongful termination
- Wage and hour matters, including class and representative actions
Additionally, Ricardo is currently working on the various notices and disclosures required for compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018 as a member of the Firm’s CCPA Initiative.
