    Alex LoCasto is an associate in the Dallas office where she represents clients in complex and general commercial litigation both in State and Federal court, as well as in arbitration. Alex has defended clients in a wide range of disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, restitution, defamation, products liability, and employment issues. She regularly represents the nation's largest consumer financial services companies, including banks and mortgage servicers, in individual actions in state and federal court and has significant experience defending lawsuits arising under consumer protection laws, state and federal unfair competition and business practices laws, and lending, debt collection, and credit reporting statutes and regulations. She also represents clients in the oil and gas industry in disputes related to royalties, estate matters, pooling agreements, operating agreements, and various other oil and gas-related contracts. Alex also has experience regarding the promotional use of aggregate social media content from consumers and related publicity and copyright issues, as well as requirements related to consumer consent for advertising and marketing and related licensing issues.

    Alex has experience conducting witness interviews, preparing for and taking depositions, conducting document review, legal research, handling discovery disputes, covering hearings, conducting internal investigations, and preparing client deliverables.
