Jeffrey Kramer




Jeff Kramer is an associate in Locke Lord’s New York office and is a member of the Firm’s ‎business litigation and arbitration practice. Jeff’s complex commercial litigation and arbitrations ‎practice spans a broad range of industries and practice areas, including anti-corruption and FCPA ‎litigation, international tort and FSIA litigation, labor and employment class action defense, ‎patent infringement and trade secret defense, bankruptcy, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA and TCPA ‎mass action defense, consumer finance, and insurance fraud and life settlement litigation. Jeff ‎has represented international and domestic clients at all stages of litigation—from pre-litigation ‎settlement negotiations and pre-trial motions, to post-trial motions and appeals—in federal and ‎state court and in JAMS/AAA arbitrations. Jeff’s pro bono activities focus on the corporate ‎formation of and the securing of tax-exempt status for children’s educational and athletic ‎charitable organizations. ‎

While in law school, Jeff served as a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and ‎Entertainment Law Journal. Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Providence College, majoring ‎in history and philosophy, in 2007. For the past five years, he has been named a Rising Star by ‎New York Metro Super Lawyers.‎
