Enrique had a diverse and extensive education, which allows him to take a comprehensive approach to complex, multijurisdictional legal issues. He holds a civil law degree (J.D. equivalent); two LL.M. degrees in Law and Economics, granted by the University of Hamburg (Germany) and the University of Bologna (Italy); and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center. In addition to being Thought Leadership Chair of the Young ITA, Enrique has also held positions as Executive Editor for the ITA in Review, and Assistant Editor for Latin America for the Kluwer Arbitration Blog. He has published various contributions in the fields of international arbitration, environmental law, and commercial and economic law.
