Kendal Hendrickson focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including matters involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, employment and non-competition agreements, insurance and reinsurance, insurance fraud and insurance insolvency litigation.

Kendal counsels clients in all aspects of the litigation process, including initial case evaluation and risk assessment, discovery, pleadings and motions, hearings, pre-trial, post-trial and appeals. Kendal has represented clients in state and federal court in a wide variety of high-stakes cases involving insurance disputes, director and officer liability, trade secret misappropriation, and employment-related disputes. Kendal was a member of a team of attorneys that obtained summary judgment in federal court for a manufacturing company against trade secret misappropriation and related claims, and later recovered attorneys’ fees arising out of the action. Kendal also maintains an active pro bono practice.

While in law school, Kendal interned at Michigan Law School's Innocence Clinic, where she conducted extensive investigations, managed discovery, drafted pleadings and briefs, and advocated for clients at post-conviction hearings.
