Lana Halavi handles all aspects of litigation matters from inception through trial. Her current practice focuses upon cases involving complex business litigation and dispute resolution. Lana has particular experience in professional liability (accountancy malpractice) and construction defect/real estate litigation.

Lana Halavi handles all aspects of litigation matters from inception through trial. Her current practice focuses upon cases involving complex business litigation and dispute resolution. Lana has particular experience in professional liability (accountancy malpractice) and construction defect/real estate litigation.

During Law School, Lana served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ernest M. Robles, United States Bankruptcy Judge. Lana also mediated dozens of cases on behalf of the Los Angeles Superior Court through Pepperdine’s Mediation Clinic. While in law school, Lana was elected to represent Pepperdine School of Law in multiple ABA and International Chamber of Commerce Commercial Mediation and Negotiation competitions around the globe.

Certified in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Lana appreciates the importance of litigation alternatives to effectively and innovatively settle cases for her clients.
