Doug Goldin is a senior counsel in the West Palm Beach office of Locke Lord LLP where he has particular experience litigating and resolving complex commercial matters in state and federal courts throughout the state of Florida. He has extensive experience in contested foreclosure litigation, lien priority disputes and matters related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Collection Practices Act, and the Truth-in-Lending Act.
Doug has served as in-house counsel for a national banking association managing a variety of lawsuits throughout the state of Florida, including class actions. His duties included advising all business units on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. He has also been involved in all aspects of bankruptcy litigation, including involuntary bankruptcies, adversaries involving fraudulent transfers and Ponzi schemes. His clients include national commercial loan servicing companies, financial institutions, commercial landlords, public and private companies and investors.
