Annie Gieseke focuses her practice on a wide variety of employment-related matters. Annie has experience defending employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including claims of workplace discrimination and retaliation, breach of restrictive covenant agreements and class action lawsuits. Annie also drafts and advises employers on various company policies, procedures and agreements, including employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks and policies and restrictive covenant agreements.
Prior to law school, Annie worked in marketing, corporate communications, advertising and public relations in the media, travel and tourism and real estate sectors.
