Nicole Fry concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She is experienced in banking and finance litigation, reorganisation, restructuring and insolvency, oil and gas and director/shareholder disputes. In particular, she has experience in advising asset-based lenders and consumer financiers on disputes, including title, guarantees, insolvency and fraud. Nicole makes proactive recommendations for the revision of standard documents to limit or avoid further disputes.
Nicole has also been involved in director disputes and large shareholder litigation and arbitration, including the Supreme Court case between Glengary Overseas/Eclairs Group Case against JKX Oil & Gas.
She is actively involved in doing pro bono work, including regularly giving advice in the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau. She is also the London representative of the Firm’s Associates Committee
