Scott Fuller is a partner in Locke Lord's Dallas office and a member of the Intellectual Property section of the Firm. Scott focuses his practice on patent litigation, with further experience in both trademark and copyright matters. Commonly, he represents clients in defense of patent infringement cases filed in the Eastern District of Texas, although he regularly appears in federal district courts throughout the United States. In his career, Scott has represented some of the largest and well respected corporations in the World, including major financial institutions and technology giants. In all matters, Scott focuses on streamlining litigation and the selective development of the strongest defensive strategies.
