    • Assisted in the representation of an affiliate of Nautic Partners, LLC in its acquisition of LindFast Solutions Group from private equity owner Harbour Group. LindFast is a master distributor of specialty fasteners in the North American market.
    • Represented borrower TECO Finance, Inc. — and its parent company, TECO Energy, Inc., as guarantor — in a $500 million, 364-day syndicated term loan facility agented by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
    • Assisted in the representation of Lamar Advertising Company, a leading owner of outdoor advertising and logo sign displays, in the announced acquisition of Fairway Outdoor Advertising’s billboard operations in five U.S. markets from GTCR, LLC for $418.5 million.
    • Represented Phoenix Tower International (PTI), a wireless communications infrastructure provider, in the closing of a $200 million senior secured credit facility with Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group to continue PTI’s growth in the United States.
    • Represented Tampa Electric Company in the underwritten public offering of $375 million principal amount of 4.45% notes due 2049.
    • Represented Phoenix Tower International, a wireless communications infrastructure provider, in the closing of its $485 million senior secured term loan facility to continue its international expansion.
    • Assisted in the representation of Prospect Partners in an add-on acquisition by its portfolio company Owen Equipment of Legacy Equipment Company, a Utah-based supplier of street sweepers, sewer cleaning equipment, refuse and mechanic trucks, and snow removal equipment.
    • Assisted in the representation of Tampa Electric Company for the underwritten public offering of $350M principal amount of 4.30% notes due June 15, 2048.
    • Represented certain U.S. entities of Phoenix Tower International as it entered into an Amended and Restated Syndicated Credit Facility valued at $109.3 million.
    • Assisted in the representation of Tranzonic, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, LLC, in its acquisition of Adenna, LLC, a leading supplier of hand protection and related health care products to customers operating across an array of end markets in the United States and internationally.
    • Acted as counsel to Lamar Media Corp. as issuer in the Rule 144A and Regulation S placement of $400,000,000 of 5 3/4 percent Senior Notes due 2026. Baton Rouge-based Lamar is the nation’s leading out-of-home advertising company.
    • Assisted in the representation of Lamar Advertising in its $458.5 million acquisition of the assets of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc., in five U.S. markets.
