Cameron has also advised on private equity transactions, debt and equity financing transactions and general commercial and corporate matters, including business structuring, joint venture and teaming agreements and supply chain agreements.
Cameron has previously served as in-house counsel for a private group of energy infrastructure, construction and related companies, and, prior to practicing law, Cameron was a project manager and engineer for TC Energy (f/k/a TransCanada) where he managed the development and construction of midstream oil and gas pipeline and facility infrastructure projects.
