- Counsel to agent in a $200 million syndicated subscription lending facility to domestic and offshore private equity funds
- Counsel to lender in a $15 million term loan facility to and issuance of warrants by a biopharmaceutical company
- Counsel to lender in a $25 million umbrella subscription lending facility to 11 affiliated venture capital funds
- Counsel to lender in a series of net asset value based guaranteed term loan facilities to portfolio companies of late-stage private equity funds
- Counsel to agent in $5 million senior and $10 million subordinated secured lending facilities with media and technology company
- Counsel to lender in a $30 million lending facility to investment management company secured by rights to management and advisory fees
