    Katherine Cisneros is an associate in the Houston office of Locke Lord LLP where she concentrates her practice in labor & employment law. She has experience in all aspects of labor & employment litigation where she represents employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Katherine advises employers regarding enforceability of restrictive covenants; reviews and revises existing restrictive covenants; and drafts pleadings for preliminary injunction when employers face violations of restrictive covenants. Additionally, she advises employers regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including: discipline, termination, employment policies, requests for leave under FMLA and accommodations under ADA, compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination statutes, wage payment statutes and various other laws such as Title VII, NLRA, PDA, ADEA, FLSA, WARN, OSHA and state equivalencies.
