Greta guides clients through transaction-related compliance actions, including change of control requirements, state property transfer laws, post-transaction audits and voluntary self-disclosures, and post-transaction compliance strategies.
Greta also counsels clients on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including obligations under the new SEC disclosure rules and the evolving framework surrounding emerging contaminants (including PFAS).
